What you’ll do Office Management Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and expansion of the office space. Manage vendors and purchases (IT, internet, furniture, maintenance, cleaning, snacks, etc.). Create a proactive maintenance agenda and solve current office issues. Track and follow up on the office budget. Oversee access control, keys, and building security Restock office supplies, snacks, and hygiene items. Administrative & Operational Support Work with the finance team to manage invoices, purchase orders, and payments. Maintain digital and physical filing systems (contracts, services, licenses). Organize business travel when required. Set up purchasing workflows, expense tracking, and supplier processes. HR Support Prepare workstations and welcome kits for new hires. Maintain digital and physical employee files. Coordinate onboarding agendas with team leads or trainers. Support absence tracking, medical certificates, and leave requests. Assist with logistics for internal training sessions. Help organize in-office events, celebrations, and team gatherings. Share internal communications and announcements. Pre-screen candidates and schedule first interviews with HR and the Branch Manager.What We’re Looking For Previous experience in administrative roles, office coordination, or operations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proactive, hands-on approach with problem-solving mindset. Comfortable working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software. Ability to support a growing team Demonstrates advanced fluency in both oral and written English communication.
