Working across cross-functional teams, you'll surface opportunities to harness data and drive meaningful business insights. You'll manage large datasets, execute complex data transformations, and build robust data mode ls. This is a client-facing role. You'll work directly with external stakeholders acroos the USA on a regular basis, so the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently in English is essent ial. Responsibil itiesData Solution Design and Implement ationSet up and maintain ETL pipelines in Databricks across real-time and batch architectures, internal/external storage systems, dynamic tables, and tasksImplement Databricks solutions that integrate with existing data archite ctureOptimise database performance through well-designed data structures and appropriate use of in dexesDeploy and configure monitoring and performance reporting to olingEnsure data quality and integrity across all solutions, including QA processes and unit te sting Data Analysis and Storyt ellingWork with large datasets and analytical techniques to communicate data stories clearly to non-technical aud iencesTranslate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for business stakeh olders Collaboration and SupportWork alongside data engineers, analysts, and wider stakeholders to align on data strategy and impleme ntationProvide technical guidance on Databricks best practices and optim isationSupport clients in leveraging underutilised Databricks features to drive efficiencies and cost s avings. Experience Required4+ years as a Data Engineer working with Da tabricks4+ years in SQL, data modelling, and ETL p rocesses2+ years working wit h PythonHands-on experience with Databricks features including Delta Lake, PySpark, Job Scheduling and Workflows, MLflow, Databricks SQL, and Unity CatalogExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data integrati on toolsBusiness-level English proficiency (C1 minimum) — this is a client-facing role requiring confident, professional communication in EnglishAgency or client-side consulting experience p referred LocationFully remote — open to candidates based in South America.
