We are looking for a Head to lead our Kindergarten Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the Early Years (K2–K5) experience. In this role, you will inspire teachers and students, model positive values, and foster a vibrant, collaborative, bilingual learning community.The position reports directly to the Head of School and oversees the Deputy Head, Coordinators, and the Kindergarten staff.How will you make an impact? Lead the Kindergarten;s pedagogical project, defining clear objectives, goals, and both curricular and extracurricular initiatives. Drive the continuous review, improvement, and innovation of the ongoing educational project. Champion interdisciplinary projects and educational innovation initiatives. Implement institutional policies in alignment with the Head of School. Oversee student’s; academic, emotional, social, and physical development in close coordination with the counseling team and teaching staff. Maintain fluid, empathetic communication with families, supporting each student unique academic and personal journey. Foster a positive work environment rooted in continuous learning, mutual respect, collaboration, and open communication. Partner with HR to lead the recruitment, selection, professional development, and feedback processes for the Kindergarten team. Supervise the school learning support team, lesson planning and curricular units, and provide ongoing mentorship to teachers. Manage the department’s budget, overseeing purchasing, maintenance, and strategic investments. Represent the School before local authorities (DIPREGEP) on pedagogical matters, ensuring compliance with all provincial regulatory requirements. Certified Education Professional: Holder of an Early Childhood Education degree (Profesorado de Nivel Inicial), as required by DIPREGEP. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish both spoken and written (mandatory). Proven Track Record: Extensive teaching experience in Early Childhood Education, alongside proven experience in leadership or management positions. Forward-Thinking Educator: Up to date with the latest pedagogical trends and educational innovation. Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build, develop, inspire, and motivate high-performing teams. Availability: Starting date February 2027.
