About The Role
HRBaires is seeking a Project Coordinator / Business Analyst / Support Analyst. This is a customer-facing role that combines project coordination, business analysis, implementation support, and production support responsibilities.
The successful candidate will work closely with enterprise customers, business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to help manage implementations, gather and document requirements, coordinate project activities, investigate issues, and support ongoing customer operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate implementation projects, product enhancements, integrations, and customer support initiatives.
Work directly with customers to gather requirements, understand business processes, and clarify needs.
Document workflows, business requirements, functional specifications, and customer requests.
Translate business requirements into user stories, development tasks, support tickets, and acceptance criteria.
Support customer onboarding, configuration, testing, rollout, and adoption activities.
Track project timelines, dependencies, risks, action items, and deliverables across teams.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up on next steps.
Investigate customer issues related to billing, reporting, workflows, integrations, data, and system functionality.
Reproduce issues, document findings, and coordinate resolution with Product, Engineering, Data, and Support teams.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding issue status, timelines, and resolution plans.
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), release validation, and test case preparation.
Maintain accurate documentation, training materials, user guides, and support procedures.
Utilize tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and AI productivity tools to manage work effectively.
Contribute to improving implementation, documentation, support, and customer communication processes.
Requirements
Experience in Project Coordination, Business Analysis, Implementation Analysis, Support Analysis, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and customer communication abilities.
Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and translating business needs into actionable tasks.
Experience working with SaaS products, enterprise software platforms, or business applications.
Ability to investigate issues, document findings, and coordinate with technical teams.
Comfortable working with reports, spreadsheets, structured data, and process documentation.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Experience using project management and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana, or similar.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with billing, invoicing, accounting, accounts receivable, revenue management, or financial reporting systems.
Understanding of accounting concepts including invoices, payments, credits, billing cycles, reconciliations, and A/R processes.
Experience supporting enterprise SaaS customers.
Experience with software implementations, data migrations, system integrations, or production support.
Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts.
Experience creating user documentation, release notes, training materials, or testing documentation.
Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve productivity and documentation.
Ideal Profile
3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Business Analysis, Customer Success Operations, Implementation, or Support roles.
Experience working in SaaS, enterprise software, technology, or business operations environments.
Strong ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing projects and customer requests.
Comfortable handling customer-facing responsibilities and troubleshooting operational issues.
Experience supporting complex business workflows and cross-functional initiatives.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Previous exposure to finance, billing, accounting, revenue operations, or reporting processes is highly valued.
