SANY Chile , a global leader in heavy machinery with more than 30 years of experience across the construction, mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors, is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team and support a strategic talent acquisition initiative. Key Responsibilities :Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage .Post job openings across multiple recruitment platforms and sourcing channels .Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and competency-based assessments .Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders .Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience .Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders .Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records . Requiremen ts:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fie ld.Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisiti on.Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously and working under deadlin es.Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skil ls.Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with recruitment platforms and digital too ls.Upper-intermediate English level (B2+) or higher.
