About Forward IQ
Forward IQ builds outbound systems for independent freight forwarders — cold email, LinkedIn, and content engines that replace "referrals and luck" with a real, predictable pipeline. We're founder-led, operator-built, and growing. The offer is proven and the systems already work — our biggest opportunity now is pouring fuel on the top of the funnel.
We're making our first dedicated growth hire to own demand generation and audience growth.
The Role
Right now, the founder creates all the content and drives all the growth personally and it works (it's our single strongest source of closed deals). This role takes that engine and scales it. You'll own content strategy, audience growth, and the channels that fill the top of the funnel, including our newsletter,

This is a founding seat. You're building the growth function, not maintaining someone else's.
What You'll Own
Content strategy across LinkedIn, newsletter, and emerging channels (video)
The Modern Forwarder
newsletter editorial direction, growth, and engagement
Audience growth and distribution turning content into subscribers, followers, and inbound interest
Top-of-funnel demand generation that feeds the sales pipeline
Experimentation: testing hooks, formats, channels, and offers to find what compounds
As we scale: additional growth channels, including paid where it makes sense
Paid media specially LinkedIn Ads.
Who You Are
You've grown a B2B audience or brand before — and can show the numbers
You can write. Clear, punchy, practitioner-credible content is second nature to you
You think in systems and experiments, not one-off posts
You understand how content turns into pipeline, not just vanity metrics
Fully bilingual — English and Spanish
Self-directed and comfortable building a function from the ground up
Comfortable working on US business hours
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in freight, logistics, supply chain, or B2B services
Newsletter growth experience (Beehiiv, Substack, or similar)
Familiarity with content/distribution tooling and basic analytics
A portfolio of content or brands you've grown
You do
not
need to come from freight. The founder brings the industry depth and the voice. You bring the craft of growing an audience and turning it into demand.
