Role Description
We're hiring a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to own and execute our clients' social presence and creator strategies end-to-end. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role for someone who lives and breathes TikTok and Meta, understands how UGC drives performance, and knows how to manage influencer relationships like a pro.
You'll work directly with our team and clients to develop content strategies, identify and activate creators, manage day-to-day social media accounts, and deliver campaigns that actually move the needle. If you've worked in an agency, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can seamlessly switch between writing a caption and negotiating an influencer deal, we want to hear from you.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Managing and growing client social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies from sourcing to reporting
Identifying, vetting, and onboarding UGC creators and influencers
Negotiating partnerships, contracts, and fees
Briefing creators and ensuring content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals
Tracking and reporting on campaign and account performance with actionable insights
Staying ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats
Serving as a key point of contact for clients on social and influencer deliverables
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably at a creative or digital agency
Deep platform fluency in TikTok and Meta (Instagram/Facebook)
Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Hands-on experience managing brand accounts - content calendars, community management, paid/organic strategy
Proven track record sourcing and managing UGC creators and Influencer Campaigns
Strong copywriting skills and an eye for on-brand content
Comfortable with data, you know how to read performance metrics and translate them into strategy
Skilled negotiator with experience managing contracts and creator relationships
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
