As a Beach Attendant , you’re not just ensuring a safe and comfortable beach experience – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Responsibilities Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Greet and assist guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to requests, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner Coordinate beach setup: Confirm guest registration and issue towels, chairs, and umbrellas, ensuring accurate inventory tracking Maintain a clean, inviting environment: Keep the beach area tidy by collecting used towels, restocking supplies, and maintaining orderly towel displays Support daily beach operations: Assist with additional beach-related tasks as needed to enhance the guest experience Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, Our Core Values Define What It Takes To Succeed Here And Guide The Qualities We Look For In Every Team Member A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
