HR for HR Coordinator

We're Hiring | HR for HR Coordinator – Qualtrics & HR Operations At Lean Solutions Group , we're looking for an HR for HR Coordinator to manage our Qualtrics platform, coordinate HR projects, and ensure smooth execution of our HR for HR initiatives across the organization. What You'll Be Doing: Manage our Qualtrics Employee Experience platform — Survey design, configuration, dashboards, workflows, and insights reporting. Run employee listening programs — Launch and track engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback initiatives. Track HR projects and operations — Monitor project status, manage timelines, coordinate meetings, and document progress for HR initiatives. Consolidate HR data and reporting — Pull insights from multiple HR areas, maintain dashboards, and support decision-making. Document processes and playbooks — Create guides, workflows, and operational standards for the HR team. Support HR implementations — Help roll out new tools, methodologies, and transformation projects. What We're Looking For: 2–4 years of HR Operations, People Analytics, or HR Transformation experience — preferably with project or PMO background. Hands-on Qualtrics experience (must-have) — Survey design, administration, configuration, dashboards, workflows. Strong data and analytical skills — Comfortable analyzing HR metrics and translating insights into recommendations. Project coordination abilities — Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines. Understanding of employee lifecycle — Knowledge of onboarding, engagement, development, and exit processes. HR systems knowledge — Familiarity with HRIS, project tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello), and HR processes. Communication skills — Clear writer and collaborator who can work across HR teams and stakeholders. English B2+ level .
