Sous Chef for a 250 seat restaurant in the Bahamas. Brief Summary of Responsibilities (not Comprehensive) • Support the Head Chef in the preparation and design of all food menus • Produce high-quality dishes in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen team • Monitor food and labor costs • Manage and train kitchen staff • Maintain order and discipline in the kitchen during busy hours • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area • Monitor the quality of food products used for cooking • Implement innovative recipes and presentation techniques • Assist in the preparation of meals as required Brief Summary of Qualifications (not comprehensive) • 90% English • 3 years experience as Sous Chef or Executive Chef • Willing to relocate to the Bahamas Cargos relacionados Chef ejecutivo o jefe de cocina, Sous chef, Chef de línea o chef de sección
