Location: Bogotá or Barranquilla, Colombia Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (COT) About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Onboarding Associate to manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new clients and agents. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience by collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, tracking documentation, and maintaining accurate records throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and agents. Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience. Track onboarding timelines, pending requirements, and follow-up activities. Review, verify, and maintain onboarding documentation for accuracy and completeness. Update and manage records in CRM, Magaya, and other internal systems. Support account setup and credit line approval processes. Communicate onboarding progress and completion status to all relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company onboarding standards and procedures. Requirements Technical, Technological, or Professional degree. Previous experience in onboarding, client coordination, customer service, administrative support, or related roles. Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
