The company is committed to fostering a collaborative and professional work environment for its employees. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Quito for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for prospecting, contacting and bringing new customers. Additionally, coordinating freight shipments between shippers and carriers, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring timely deliveries. Daily responsibilities include managing logistics, dispatching drivers, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying potential business opportunities. The role requires effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Sales. Experience in Freight Brokerage and general Brokerage processes preferred. Strong skills in Customer Service and effective communication with clients and stakeholders Proficiency in Dispatching and organizing driver schedules efficiently Ability to handle Account Management and build long-term client relationships Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing challenges in logistics Familiarity with logistics software or freight management tools is a plus Professional demeanor and a team-oriented approach Excellent English skills.
