In this role, you will provide accurate information about our products and services, ensure timely and effective resolution of inquiries, and manage complaints with professionalism and empathy. Your efforts will directly support customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Provide clear and helpful information about product and service offerings. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, or support needs, offering solutions or directing them to the appropriate resources. Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the team. Job Requirements: English proficiency B1 level (No English Certificated Required). Strong customer service skills. Basic understanding of IT and customer service management systems. Sales experience preferred Key Competencies: Proactivity Verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English Effective organizational and planning abilities Quick to adapt to technology Ability to collaborate and contribute effectively within a team environment Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
