I’m helping Mother find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Inbound Sales Rep - US Home Services . You'll drive growth by converting inbound leads for a modern home services company. English - Fully fluent Responsibilities and more: Mother Modern Plumbing is hiring top LATAM sales talent to help convert inbound leads into booked appointments for our Texas-based plumbing company. We’re looking for candidates with: ✅ Inbound Sales or appointment-setting experience ✅ C1/C2 English level, strong spoken English is required ✅ Experience in inbound/outbound sales, customer service, or lead follow-up ✅ Home services, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, solar, real estate, insurance, or BPO sales experience is a strong plus ✅ Strong communication and objection-handling skills ✅ Availability for evening shifts, night shifts, and weekends Compensation: Up to $2000 USD/month base salary 100% remote | Full-time Schedule: We operate Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
