Descripcion

Responsibilities * Lead regional financial operations across Panama, Costa Rica, and Guatemala. * Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships. * Oversee financial closings, internal controls, compliance, and audits. * Provide strategic financial support to operations, premium retail, and regional leadership. * Develop and govern weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts, proactively identifying liquidity risks and mitigation actions. * Ensure accuracy, integrity, and executive readiness of financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and performance analysis. * Standardize and strengthen regional financial processes, policies, SOPs, ERP practices, and governance frameworks across all countries. Experience * 8–12 years of progressive experience in Finance, with strong exposure to treasury, reporting, and financial controls. * Regional / multi-country finance management experience, ideally within Central America. * Experience in premium, luxury, retail, or customer experience-driven industries. * Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration with commercial, operational, and executive teams. Education * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. * MBA, Master’s in Finance, CPA/ACCA, or certifications in audit and risk management are highly valued. Knowledge * Treasury management, forecasting, financial analysis, IFRS/NIIF, and internal controls. * Budgeting, cash flow management, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance. * Advanced Excel skills; ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Power BI. * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
