Bilingual Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our DelCampo School family. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood development standards. Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and safe. Monitor and support each childs academic, social, and emotional progress. Maintain regular and transparent communication with parents and guardians. Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to continuously improve learning outcomes. Organize classroom activities, crafts, and play-based learning experiences. Keep accurate records of student attendance, progress, and observations. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Childhood Education, Education, or a related field. Previous experience working with preschool-age children (preferred). Strong understanding of early childhood development principles. Excellent communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus. Patient, creative, and empathetic approach to teaching and classroom management. Ability to collaborate effectively within a school community.
