We're hiring! Customer Care Agent We are currently looking for a Customer Care Agent who is passionate about helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to providing outstanding service in both English and Spanish. What You'll Do: Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, chat, or email. Build positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and demonstrating empathy. Actively listen and provide effective, timely solutions to inquiries and concerns. Resolve complaints professionally while maintaining a positive and calm attitude. Accurately follow company policies and communicate solutions clearly. Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently during customer interactions. Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and service quality. Handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure. What We're Looking For: High school diploma (or equivalent). At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Customer Support roles. Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Full-time availability and schedule flexibility.
