Head of International Logistics | Pharma / Medical Devices

We are looking for a Head of International Logistics with a hands-on, operational mindset who enjoys coordinating processes, working with suppliers, and keeping things running smoothly end to end. Location (important) You will start in Tultitlán (Fuentes del Valle) and later move to our new site in T-Mex Park (Nextlalpan) — one of the most modern logistics hubs in Mexico. What you will do Coordinate import and export logistics operations Work closely with forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers Follow up on shipments and ensure timelines are met Monitor logistics KPIs and service levels Support and coordinate a small team (1–2 people) Validate documentation, logistics costs, and invoices Ensure compliance with regulations and support audits Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in international Trade, Logistics, or related field 2+ years of experience in international logistics or foreign trade English: advanced (written and spoken) Experience in import/export operations Experience working with forwarders and customs brokers Experience coordinating small teams or owning processes Knowledge of international transportation and logistics Pharma, medical devices, or regulated industry experience is a plus Negotiation skills (nice to have) SAP and Excel knowledge What we offer Competitive salary Direct hire with Fresenius Medical Care Full benefits (private health, savings fund, etc.) Regional exposure and international experience Career growth in a global company Ready to make an impact?
