IT Support Engineer Nivel 2 – On-Site

We are currently seeking an IT Support Engineer Nivel 2 – On-Site to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX). Responsibilities: Support in software deployment, updates, and security patches on employees' devices. Oversee compliance with security policies and address vulnerabilities. Level 2 Support: Resolve escalated technical incidents requiring system-level or network policy intervention. Active Directory Administration: Manage the user lifecycle (creation, deletion, modifications) and apply/maintain Group Policies (GPOs). Position General Duties and Tasks: Typically requires 3-5 years relevant experience. Endpoint management knowledge. Monitoring and security. High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment. Solid client service skills. A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required. Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Desirable: Knowledge or prior experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (mobile device management and MDM/MAM policies) Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory / Entra ID. Work Location: Venustiano Carranza Work schedule: Rotating Schedules- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with weekend on-call duties.
