Demand and Supply Planning Coordinator

At Dior Parfums, we are looking for a Demand and Supply Planning Coordinator to join our Sell In team. This full-time position is crucial for orchestrating the seamless flow of our products, from forecast to delivery, ensuring we have the right product, in the right quantities, at the precise time. Your work will directly impact our sales targets, customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and DIOR's competitive advantage. Your key responsibilities will include: Strategic Demand Forecasting & Analysis: Lead the development and implementation of robust forecasting processes, using statistical models, market intelligence, and historical data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand plans. ERP System Management & Process Excellence: Be the expert in ERP functionalities related to demand planning, supply, and inventory. Drive initiatives to optimize processes and improve data integrity and automation. Inventory Control & Out-of-Stock Prevention: Implement advanced inventory management strategies, analyze stock levels, develop replenishment strategies, and proactively prevent out-of-stock situations. Cross-Functional Collaboration & S&OP Leadership: Act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Warehouse to align supply chain strategies with business objectives. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and present key KPIs and regular reports on demand forecast accuracy, inventory health, and risks. What we are looking for in you: Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in demand planning and/or supply planning. In-depth understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including forecasting, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning. Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) specifically in planning and inventory modules. Advanced analytical skills, with experience in tools like Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and data visualization tools like Power BI. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Strategic thinking, proactivity, and assertiveness to solve complex problems and develop innovative, data-driven solutions. Results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving operational and commercial KPIs. Advanced English (oral and written) is essential.
