International SOS is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Executive to join our Response and Assistance Center. Your Mission: Ensure that every client receives the highest quality assistance service each time they contact us—acting as the trusted voice of International SOS. Key Responsibilities: Provide empathetic, professional support to clients via phone and case management systems Accurately document all case details and updates Handle calls and cases efficiently, following company and client-specific protocols Collaborate with medical, security and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times Participate in shift handovers, administrative duties, and continuous improvement initiatives Adhere to health, safety, and quality management procedures What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (completed) Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles Advanced English proficiency Strong communication, follow-up, and client-focused skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and telephone etiquette Availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (3–4 days per week) Why Join Us?
