Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field—or equivalent professional experience. 0–2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, partner management, commercial operations, account management or similar. Strong communication skills, with the ability to persuade, educate, and handle objections. High comfort level with phone‐based outreach, cold calling, and structured pipelines. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. Fluency in English and Portuguese required. Account Management & Performance Support existing partners in improving revenue, visibility, and market share on Expedia Group sites. Help partners adopt self‐service tools and optimize their listings via Partner Central. Identify opportunities to grow partner performance through merchandising, promotions, and platform programs. Communicate customer trends, marketing opportunities, and actionable insights derived from data. Relationship Building & Cross‐Team Alignment Develop and maintain strong partner relationships built on trust, collaboration, and shared goals. Share best practices within the team to collectively achieve broader market targets. Represent the voice of the partner internally by providing feedback that improves systems, tools, and processes.
