New Career Opportunity: Architecture Solutions IT Manager (SAP) – On-site Puebla We are seeking a strategic and technical Architecture Manager to head our ERP Solution Architecture. If you have a solid track record in international environments and a passion for cloud-based enterprise solutions, this is your next step. Key Responsibilities: Provide functional & technical leadership throughout our ERP transformation lifecycle. Co-lead the 'SAP Design Authority' alongside our global delivery and support partners. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define future-state architecture. Ensure application performance meets user expectations and continuously evolves. Core Requirements: 5+ years in IT Design/Architecture roles. Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or SuccessFactors. Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (Cloud-first mindset, AWS preferred). Experience leading teams within a matrix organization. 100% Fluent English (written and spoken).
