We are looking for a Process Analyst Leader to help us bridge the gap between business needs and complex IT solutions on both local and international projects! In this role, you will play a crucial part in translating vision into reality, managing requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, highly integrated environment. ?? The Challenge: Identify business opportunities, define and document complex requirements, and ensure seamless communication across Project Sponsors, Process Development, Change, and IT teams. You will also provide advisory support, coaching, and mentoring. ?? What We Are Looking For: Experience: 3+ years of experience, preferably within the Financial sector, leading analysis for large-scale business changes. Methodologies: Experience delivering within integrated system environments using SCRUM / Agile methodologies. Tech & Process Domain: Strong background in process optimization, project management, and SAP experience. Skills: Expert in developing process models, use cases, and workflow diagrams. Exceptional coordination, negotiation, and analytical skills. Language: Full professional English proficiency. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
