Kitting Specialist

Kitting Specialist Fiat Chrysler-STELLANTIS México ((Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia, Maserati, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge y RAM, Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel y Vauxhall), Global Company in the automotive sector is looking for a Kitting Specialist. This role is located in Toluca, if your interested in this position, please consider that you will need to relocate. Requirements: Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Experience : Strong technical background in Body in White (BIW) and car body manufacturing. Highly specialized experience in assembly line control, material flow, and the management of sequenced warehouses (Kitting / Just in Sequence). Personnel Management : Proven experience managing and leading unionized operational personnel. Soft skills : Highly organized, high sense of urgency, detail-oriented, and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Software : Advanced Excel. Availability : Availability to work rotating shifts. Language : Advanced English (Intermediate level is acceptable if the technical profile is outstanding). Travel : 0% We offer: 18-month temporary project contract.
