Payroll Analyst

Payroll Analyst – Mexico & LATAM We are looking for a Payroll Analyst with 3–6 years of experience managing Mexican and LATAM payroll to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. Responsibilities Process end-to-end payroll for Mexico and LATAM countries Manage payroll inputs (hires, terminations, bonuses, benefits) Ensure compliance with labor laws, IMSS, taxes, and statutory requirements Perform payroll validations, reconciliations, and audits Support month-end and year-end activities Resolve employee payroll inquiries Requirements 3–6 years of payroll experience Strong experience in Mexican payroll Experience with LATAM payroll (multi-country preferred) Knowledge of labor law, IMSS, taxes, and payroll compliance Experience with payroll systems and Excel Strong attention to detail and communication skills Nice to have Experience in shared services or global payroll English proficiency
