About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual SDR to support our commercial growth across Mexico and LATAM.
This position is focused on outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and relationship building with decision-makers within large corporate organizations (AAA accounts).
The ideal candidate is proactive, confident communicating with executives, and experienced in generating business opportunities through strategic outreach and follow-up activities.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree required.
4–5 years of experience in SDR, lead generation, outbound sales, business development, or prospecting roles.
Proven experience conducting
cold calls and engaging with C-Level executives and key decision-makers.
Strong understanding of the Mexican and LATAM markets and business environment.
Advanced/Fluent English is required (spoken and written). English proficiency will be evaluated during the interview process.
Experience using CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines.
Strong communication, research, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Availability to work in a hybrid model from CDMX, Querétaro, Guadalajara, or Monterrey.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on inbound leads generated by the global marketing team.
Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling activities targeting AAA companies across Mexico and LATAM.
Identify, contact, and qualify business opportunities with senior-level executives and strategic accounts.
Schedule meetings and coordinate presentations for the commercial team.
Research target accounts and map key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Maintain accurate and updated pipeline activity within the CRM platform.
Collaborate closely with global sales and marketing teams to support commercial growth objectives.
