About the Role
We are seeking a
IT Procurement & Vendor Management
to lead sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and procurement governance initiatives across a global technology portfolio.
This position will partner closely with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders to optimize technology spend, strengthen supplier relationships, mitigate risks, and drive operational excellence across procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technology-related categories.
Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including market analysis, RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution.
Negotiate commercial agreements and IT contracts with software, cloud, telecom, hardware, and service providers.
Manage strategic supplier relationships and oversee vendor performance through KPIs and SLAs.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities, contract optimization initiatives, and supplier consolidation strategies.
Monitor supplier risks and support business continuity planning.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and supplier management processes.
Generate reports and insights related to spend analysis, supplier performance, savings, compliance, and procurement effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, or Contract Management.
At least 2 years of experience negotiating IT contracts and managing technology suppliers.
Experience with software, SaaS, cloud services, telecommunications, infrastructure, hardware, or managed services procurement.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in global or regional environments.
Advanced English proficiency (required).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multinational organizations.
Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or IT service management frameworks.
Financial analysis and spend management experience.
MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus.
