Sr. Full-Stack Java Engineer México

8+ years of professional software development experience. Strong experience developing applications using Java , preferably Java 17. Hands-on experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot . Experience building and consuming APIs and backend services. Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL . Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB . Experience with at least one scripting language such as Python , JavaScript , or Node.js . Understanding of software engineering practices including testing, debugging, version control, and CI/CD processes. Ability to work collaboratively in an agile, cross-functional environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges. Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that support customer engagement and enrollment experiences. Build and enhance backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Contribute to frontend development using React and TypeScript when needed. Develop integrations with external systems, device manufacturers, and utility partners to expand enrollment capabilities. Work with relational and non-relational databases to design efficient data solutions. Support analytics initiatives through reporting, logging, and data-driven insights. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, debugging sessions, and team planning activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical and operational challenges. Follow engineering best practices including automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture.
