Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer .NET Location: On-site | Santa Fe, CDMX About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Backend Engineer to lead the development of robust, scalable, and high-performance server-side applications. This role is ideal for someone who excels at both hands-on coding and team leadership, with a strong commitment to code quality, performance optimization, and best development practices. As a key technical leader, you will manage large-scale backend projects aligned with our business objectives, mentor junior engineers, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams. You will play a critical role in architecting backend systems, integrating with front-end components, and maintaining reliable database structures, all while implementing industry-standard security measures. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the execution of large-scale backend projects. Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable server-side logic and APIs. Mentor and guide junior developers to achieve high-quality deliverables. Collaborate closely with front-end teams to ensure smooth integration of user-facing features. Design, implement, and maintain efficient database systems to support application performance. Apply security best practices and ensure robust data protection. Conduct code reviews, define technical standards, and approve deliverables. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues. Stay up to date with backend development trends, tools, and best practices. Tech Stack & Tools Languages: .NET Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis Containers & Deployment: Docker Requirements Proven experience in backend development with a strong command of at least two of the listed languages. Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and maintenance. Experience mentoring and leading development teams. Familiarity with containerization and deployment using Docker. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Advanced English proficiency (B2 or above) all documentation is in English. Ability to work on-site in Santa Fe, CDMX.
