Supply Chain Representative Jr.

About the company Our client is a global automotive manufacturing company that supplies high-quality components to major OEMs. The operation runs in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment where demand accuracy, delivery performance, production continuity and proactive risk management are critical. Role objective The Customer Service Representative will serve as the main operational link between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate demand management, order follow-up, backlog control, shipment coordination and timely risk escalation. The position works as a supply chain control point, helping detect risks before they impact the customer, production, deliveries or service performance. Key responsibilities Manage customer demand, EDI releases and order requirements. Maintain accurate demand and order information in SAP or ERP systems. Follow up on customer orders, backlog, past due orders and delivery commitments. Coordinate with Production Planning, Materials, Logistics, Shipping and Supply Chain teams. Identify risks related to demand changes, capacity, material availability, shipments or customer requirements. Escalate at-risk orders and supply disruptions before customer impact. Support recovery plans for backlog, delivery delays or operational constraints. Ensure clear and timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Support ASN compliance, shipment follow-up and delivery performance. Monitor customer portals, scorecards, claims or delivery discrepancies when required. Requirements Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Planning, Production Planning or Order Management . Automotive industry experience preferred. SAP or ERP experience. Advanced English required. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Ability to manage priorities, pressure and customer escalations. Analytical mindset to identify demand, supply or delivery risks. Availability to work on-site in Santa Catarina.
