Temporary Payroll Analyst

Position Summary Incora is looking for a detail-oriented Temporary Payroll Analyst to support our Canada payroll operations from the Chihuahua Shared Service Center. This role will be responsible for assisting with payroll processing, payroll validations, year-end activities, and employee payroll inquiries, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with Canada payroll requirements. Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end Canada payroll process. Validate payroll data, including earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, and employee changes. Review and resolve payroll discrepancies. Support year-end payroll activities Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation. Provide support for employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Partner with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure payroll accuracy. Use ADP to process, review, and validate payroll information. Identify process improvement opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S. payroll processes . Experience with ADP payroll system Experience with year-end payroll processes Advanced English level C1 . Strong Excel skills. High attention to detail and confidentiality. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
