WE ARE HIRING:
Requirements
Showroom Assistant
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (completed)
English proficiency
6 months to 1 year of experience in visual merchandising, styling, showroom, or a similar role
Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
Activities
Support with showroom operations
Appointment scheduling and coordination
Inventory management for each piece
Interaction with clients, influencers, stylists, etc
Personalized attention for each scheduled showroom appointment
Providing information about products, collections, and promotions
Keeping physical and digital stock updated
Preparing products for display and restocking empty areas
Ensuring the showroom is always tidy, visually appealing, and aligned with the brand image
Assisting in display setups and seasonal changes
Supporting office tasks related to orders and customer follow-ups
Skills
Clear and courteous communication
Empathy and excellent customer service with all types of clients
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactivity and problem-solving abilities
