Descripcion
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Call Center Manager to lead and develop a team focused on sales, customer service, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate teams, drive performance, improve processes, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the call center.
Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and agents.
Monitor KPIs, productivity, service levels, and quality standards.
Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Conduct team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
Collaborate with leadership to achieve business objectives.
Recruit, train, and onboard new team members as needed.
Requirements
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Minimum 3 years of management experience in a call center environment.
Proven experience managing customer service and/or sales teams.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Experience with performance metrics and workforce management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing bilingual teams.
Background in travel, customer service, sales, or contact center operations.
Experience with CRM and telephony platforms.
