We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across our customer service and sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing quality standards, evaluating performance, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement to enhance both customer experience and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs and standards. Monitor and evaluate customer interactions through call reviews, audits, and scorecards. Identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide coaching and feedback to supervisors and agents based on quality findings. Create and present quality reports to leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Partner with Operations and Training teams to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Conduct calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency. Lead quality improvement initiatives and corrective action plans. Requirements Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Call Center Operations. Experience evaluating customer interactions and coaching employees. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing a Quality Assurance team. Experience creating scorecards, KPIs, and performance dashboards. Background in customer service, sales, or contact center environments. Experience with RingCentral, NICE, Five9, or other call center platforms is a plus. We Offer Competitive salary.
