General Affairs AssistantHandle administrative support related to asset maintenance, organizational and clerical support tasks while providing services to different departments within the company. Maintain good communication and relationships with suppliers and other company stakeholders.Responsibilities Provide general administrative and clerical support. Manage and monitor company vehicles, including maintenance schedules, repairs, insurance, and documentation. Maintain records and control of company assets and office supplies. Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders. Support travel arrangements, appointments, and business errands for top executives. Assist different departments with administrative requirements and daily operations. Prepare reports, follow up on pending tasks, and maintain organized documentation. Handle Microsoft Office tools efficiently, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Requirements Experience in administrative support or general affairs positions. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and communication skills. English and Spanish Ability to multitask and work independently. Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented attitude. Valid driver’s license. Ability to drive company vehicles for errands or maintenance.Working schedule:Monday to Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Benefits:Private Medical and Life InsuranceLunch AllowanceGym
