WRITTEN AND CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH IS A MUST***CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALISTSummaryWe are looking for a customer service-oriented Client Support Specialist to provide customer/tech support to clients in an efficient and accurate manner. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping resolve product-related issues, guiding them through product features, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer support via email and/or phone Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues Support client implementations and process change requests Document customer interactions, resolutions, and recurring issues in internal systems Analyze support trends and recommend improvements to the product, documentation, or processes Collaborate with the Product team to resolve issues and communicate customer feedback Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal documentation Guide customers on product features and best practices Adhere to SLAs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction targets Stay current on new product features and updates Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: A minimum of 1 year of experience in tech support, product support, or a related role A minimum of 1 year of experience working with ticketing systems and/or CRM platforms Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to document processes Strong technical aptitude with experience navigating and supporting software applications, systems, and tools Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service Competencies Readiness, flexibility, and commitment to complete tasks. Typing / data entry skills (fast and accurate). Quick learner with attention to detail and a positive “can do” attitude!
