General Manager / Boutique Hotel

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on hospitality professional to oversee the daily operations of a boutique hotel. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with strong operational, guest service, and team management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Key Responsibilities. Oversee all daily hotel operations and ensure smooth operational performance. Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service quality. Supervise front desk, housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance coordination. Monitor occupancy, arrivals, departures, and room readiness. Ensure guest rooms, amenities, and operational equipment are properly maintained. Manage operational inventory and coordinate supply orders as needed. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and security protocols. Support hotel operations directly when required in a hands-on capacity.Staff Leadership. Supervise, schedule, and support hotel staff. Train employees on service standards, operational procedures, and workplace policies. Promote teamwork, accountability, and professionalism. Conduct staff coaching and ongoing performance development. Maintain appropriate staffing levels according to operational needs.Guest Experience. Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism. Resolve guest concerns and operational issues efficiently. Ensure a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for all guests.Administrative and Operational Management. Monitor labor scheduling and operational efficiency. Maintain inventory controls and operational supply levels. Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation. Ensure proper handling of hotel systems, equipment, and electronic transactions.Requirements. Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality supervision. Experience in boutique hotels, limited-service hotels, or small property operations preferred. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, hospitality systems, and electronic payment platforms.
