Inspection Support Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:Land Gorilla offers inspection services on construction projects to verify the project progress based on visual inspections from a qualified third party. The Inspection Support specialist manages a variety of competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. They are responsible for managing inspection requests from clients, coordinating and scheduling inspection assignments, and ensuring inspection reports are delivered.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:● Assigns incoming orders to qualified independent inspection companies.● Monitors status of orders, taking action as needed with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of progress inspection orders.● Provides updates to clients and interacts with inspectors, as needed, through order delivery.● Meets quality and service level standards; and productivity targets.● Consistently follows up on issues through resolution to the satisfaction of stakeholders.● Responsible for maintaining a positive client and vendor experience.● Ability to quickly identify and escalate issues when necessary.● Use Land Gorilla’s proprietary software to manage steps in the workflow.● Assists with recruiting new inspectors.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:● Attention to detail.● Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a high volume fast paced environment.● Natural ability to follow up and persist.● Applies good judgement.● Exceptional problem solving skills.● Ability to balance demands for speed and quality.● Excellent written and verbal communication.● Self-motivated, eager to learn.● Strong customer service skills.● Computer literate, with an ability to multi-task across multiple software applications.● English Advanced.
