About the job We are hiring a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates. This is an urgent hiring. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles Source candidates through job fairs, job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels Conduct screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, English level, and role fit Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience Maintain accurate tracking of candidates and pipeline status Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards Partner with internal stakeholders to align on profiles and hiring needs Requirements 1+ year experience in recruitment BPO or high-volume environments Strong sourcing and screening skills English level: B2+ (written and spoken) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work under pressure Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience in call center environment This is an opportunity for individuals who can move quickly, manage volume, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
