About the role We are hiring two bilingual (English/Spanish) support specialists to provide remote customer service and technical support to restaurants across the United States that use our point-of-sale (POS) systems, payment processing, and related hardware. You will support U.S.-based clients directly, so clear, professional communication in both English and Spanish — by phone and by message — is essential. This is a fully remote position based in Venezuela. We provide full initial training on our POS systems, support procedures, and tools. You don't need to know our specific systems on day one — you need the right foundation and the right attitude to learn them fast. What you'll do Respond to customer requests related to the POS system, daily restaurant operations, basic configuration, reports, users, menus, printers, tablets, payment terminals, and other connected equipment. Diagnose hardware and software issues, including receipt printers, kitchen printers, tablets, POS stations, routers, internet connectivity, local networks, Wi-Fi, and restaurant peripherals. Provide first-level support for connectivity problems, internet outages, disconnected devices, unresponsive printers, system errors, access issues, synchronization, and basic configuration. Document every support case clearly: the reported problem, the steps you took, and the final result. Escalate complex technical cases to the senior team when needed, while keeping professional communication with the customer until the issue is resolved. Learn our internal processes for POS support, installation, configuration, and maintenance. Required qualifications Advanced or fluent English — you must be able to speak with U.S. customers professionally, by phone and in writing. Fluent Spanish. Experience in customer service, technical support, help desk, POS systems, restaurant technology, hardware, networking, or Wi-Fi. Working knowledge of computers, tablets, printers, routers, internet, local networks, and general technical troubleshooting. Ability to follow instructions, document cases, and learn technical procedures. Reliable internet connection, your own computer, a quiet workspace, and a backup power solution (UPS, inverter, or generator). Availability to work hours aligned with U.S. business and restaurant operating hours. Nice to have (a plus, not required) Experience with restaurant POS systems. Remote technical support experience. Setup of printers, tablets, payment terminals, or network equipment. Familiarity with restaurants, delivery, online ordering, digital menus, payments, or register/cash operations. Experience with ticketing tools, call systems, chat, or customer support platforms. What we offer Full paid training during your first week.
