5+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on cross-border operations and multi-entity consolidation (such as US and LATAM jurisdictions). C1 English level or higher, with the ability to communicate financial and tax concepts clearly in professional settings. Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll operations, including local labor compliance, payroll books, and legal filings (such as Chilean liquidaciones de sueldo and libro de remuneraciones). Expertise in international contractor management, including withholding taxes, double-taxation treaties, and global payment processing. Experience working directly with external tax advisors and legal consultants to optimize tax structures and verify compliance.
