Sr QA Manual Tester

We're hiring a QA Tester with strong experience in manual testing to support enterprise applications within the reinsurance industry. This role is focused on functional and regression testing, test case execution, defect management, and collaborating with Agile teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Compensation $60,000 - $70,000 MXN Gross monthly Contract - Mix Remote Monday–Friday | Standard business hours ?Advanced English (mandatory) What You'll Do Review user stories and functional requirements Create and execute functional and regression test cases Identify, document, and track software defects Maintain regression test suites Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners Participate in Scrum ceremonies and release activities Perform post-release and production validation testing Help ensure product quality throughout the SDLC ?Technical Requirements 5+ years of experience in Manual Software Testing Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC Experience creating and executing test cases and test plans Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Experience with defect tracking and test management tools Basic SQL knowledge for data validation Experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, or similar tools Advanced English (mandatory) Nice to Have API testing experience Experience in the Insurance or Reinsurance industry Agile certification or formal Agile training ?What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to quality and continuous improvement Comfortable working with distributed Agile teams
