Sr Scrum Master

We're hiring a Senior Scrum Master to support Aon's Broker Co-Pilot , one of the company's largest global digital transformation initiatives focused on modernizing the commercial insurance platform. This role is ideal for an experienced Scrum Master who thrives in fast-paced, enterprise Agile environments, leading distributed teams and driving successful delivery across global stakeholders. Compensation $50,000 MXN - $60,000 MXN gross monthly Scheme: Mix or Contract Contract (6+ months, potential extension) Fully Remote Advanced English (mandatory) What You'll Do · Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery across distributed teams · Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum best practices · Track sprint health, delivery metrics, risks, and blockers · Maintain Azure DevOps boards, user stories, tasks, and sprint reporting · Support release planning and execution for monthly and quarterly releases · Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity · Remove delivery obstacles and facilitate cross-team collaboration · Provide regular delivery updates to leadership and stakeholders Technical Requirements · 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on enterprise Agile projects · Strong understanding of Scrum principles, events, and artifacts · Experience supporting multiple distributed/global teams · Experience coordinating monthly or quarterly software releases · Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) · Experience tracking Agile metrics, sprint health, and team velocity · Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills · Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments · Advanced English (mandatory) Nice to Have · Insurance or Reinsurance industry experience · Experience in consulting environments · Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.) · Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs What We're Looking For · Servant-leader mindset · Strong communication and facilitation skills · Ability to influence without authority · Experience working with cross-functional global teams · Comfortable in fast-paced, release-driven environments · Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities · Strong ownership and proactive mindset
