CLM Solution Architect / Remote

We are seeking an experienced CLM Solution Architect to define and govern enterprise architecture solutions focused on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and global business processes. This role is responsible for designing solution blueprints, ensuring architecture alignment with enterprise standards, supporting CLM implementations, and collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and third-party partners to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CLM solutions, solution architecture, enterprise design, contract management processes, and technology transformation initiatives . This professional will act as the bridge between business requirements, functional design, technical teams, and enterprise architecture strategies. Required Qualifications Strong experience with end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions including configuration, implementation, and deployment. Proven experience as a Solution Architect supporting enterprise transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of CLM technologies, integrations, workflows, and business processes. Experience working with CLM platforms such as Ariba CLM, Icertis, Agiloft, Conga, or similar solutions. Knowledge of contract management best practices, document repositories, electronic signatures, and AI-driven CLM capabilities. Experience collaborating with business teams, technical teams, third-party vendors, and global stakeholders. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, solution governance, and design frameworks. Ability to communicate technical recommendations and decisions to leadership teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, consulting, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred. Advanced English communication skills. ? Nice to Have Experience with AI-enabled CLM insights and automation capabilities. Experience supporting global enterprise transformation programs. Experience managing third-party technology providers. Knowledge of master data objects supporting contract management processes. Experience building functional capabilities within DevSecOps environments. Key Responsibilities: Own CLM functional design and govern solution processes for global CLM deployments. Define solution architecture strategies, blueprints, and design decisions aligned with enterprise standards. Support functional and technical decision-making across multiple CLM implementations. Ensure solution integrity through configuration reviews, data impact analysis, process documentation, and customization assessments. Collaborate with business process owners, SMEs, leadership teams, and technical stakeholders. Drive reuse and scalability of CLM capabilities across future deployments and implementations. Partner with Agile teams to ensure user stories, business value, and acceptance criteria are successfully delivered. Support onboarding, training, governance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with development and DevSecOps teams on solution evolution and technical alignment. Promote Agile and Waterfall methodologies throughout project execution. Reduce technology complexity and support long-term solution viability.
