Global Account Manager

We are looking for a Global Account Manager to join our Commercial team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or certifications in Project Management, Customer Success, or Account Management are considered an advantage. Advanced Business English proficiency (written and spoken). Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience Managing multinational or global corporate accounts in B2B environments. Experience leading customer success, strategic account management, or client service teams. Experience coordinating international programs, RFP/RFQ processes, contract renewals, and complex client implementations. Technical Knowledge Strategic Account Management and Customer Success. KPI and SLA management. Contract administration and project management. Executive client relationship management. Cross-functional collaboration within multinational environments. Key Responsibilities Manage strategic multinational accounts and global programs, ensuring service excellence and contractual compliance. Lead client onboarding, international implementations, contract renewals, and RFP/RFQ initiatives. Monitor KPIs, customer satisfaction, service levels, and business performance. Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and lead business review meetings. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver consistent service and drive continuous improvement.
