PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Join our team! We are seeking a Production Supervisor with manufacturing experience for our Apodaca, Nuevo León plant. OBJECTIVE Develop strategies to maximize efficiency in the production plant, training assembly personnel to build high-quality cable assemblies. • Create and execute a flexible production plan based on meeting customer on-site delivery requirements. • Continuously work to improve assembly processes and maximize equipment performance. • Maintain the appropriate mix of personnel and skills to assemble the product offering. • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with all departments. • Motivated and highly focused on achieving final production targets. RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY Advanced English for video calls and meetings. • Understand and follow company policies and procedures at all times. • Create and maintain planning tools, including the backlog report. • Determine appropriate staffing levels and work assignments for the assembly team. • Supervise all assembly personnel, including team leaders. • Attend and complete employee performance reviews. • Approve training for all personnel. • Responsible for plant quality processes, including first-piece inspection, traceability, and rework systems. • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. • Provide appropriate work procedures, documentation, and work standards on the plant floor. • Ensure all machines and tools are properly maintained and calibrated. • Implement line balancing to maximize production and efficiency. • Adapt to daily production changes and order management. • Provide daily financial and production reports to management. • Able to work with basic technical information (blueprints, work instructions, etc.), but not responsible for its management. • Collaborate with inventory control to maintain inventory accuracy and select appropriate SKUs. • Possess the technical knowledge to perform all required basic tasks. • Assist the Engineering department in implementing new assembly projects on the plant floor. • Participate in all company meetings as needed, including the daily production meeting. • Carry out special projects and other activities as required by senior management. The Supervisor has the authority to stop or reject products that do not meet quality requirements according to workmanship standards, and to advise or recommend solutions to all levels of management to correct product defects or improve the product. We are looking for candidates with availability to work rotating shifts.
